The borders and backgrounds that you'll find here are ideal for people who don't want heavy designs across their page. You still get designs on your page, but it leaves the bulk of the space clear for your text. The designs that you find here are all my own creations and you're welcome to use them on your personal web pages. I will be concentrating on Valentine's Day for now, so please upload graphics to your own server....do NOT link to this site because you will find your graphics gone by St. Patrick's Day! No room on my server...sorry :-(
